  5. betul jgk tuh..luqman sokong..lagi pon kalau awal2 susah kite nk buang terus makanan yg x elok yg selalu kita tibai tuh..kalau tmbh makanan sihat..insyaallah lepas tuh kita dah kurangkan makanan yg x sihat.
