  5. betul tu Lieya.. orang banyak tak faham dgn cara aturan makan utk bfast, lunch & dinner..
    sepatutnya bfast lah kita harus ambik heavy sebab badan perlukan tenaga utk memulakan hari.. lunch cukup sekadar medium volume & dinner cukup lah memadai je.. jgn pulak melantak sampai pengsan.. hehehe
