PETUA : MELEMBUTKAN DAGING

Assalamualaikum.... Anyeonghaseyo to all my frenzzz...  Hari ni Liya nak bagi petua kepada uolls semua. Petua apakah ? Petua Utk melembut kan daging...

Seperti yang kalian sedia maklum. Daging memang keras, tak kira yang ori mahupon import.. tapi tak dak la sekeras daging unta . Kalo rebus lama2 dah tentu lembut jugak. Tapi sebagai langkah shortcut , saya selalu guna petua ini... Time nak masak tu ambil AKAR POKOK PANDAN. belah dua masuk dalam masakan.. Tapi jangan la panjang.. Agak2 sepanjang jari ibu tu dah di kira ok. akaq tu kalao hampa nak tau ,  memang dok terjuntai kot bawah2 daun pandan tu. kira nya tak perlu lah nak cabut pokok pandan utk mendapat kan akar dia. Kalo sapa-sapa ada pokok pandan kat umah tau la.. Tapi tak semua orang ada pokok pandan kat umah kan.. Salu kalo beli daun pandan pon mesti tak dak akar dia. So apa kah solution nya? Tanam lah pokok pandan kat umah. Senang kalo nak memasak daging keluar pi kerat sikit akaq dia. Senang kerja.. hehehehe... Liya dk umah taman tapi still mak tanam semua  pokok-pokok asas kat luaq umah (serai , lengkuas, kunyit, daun kari, daun pandan) kalo tak dak 5 jenis pokok ni , memang payah la nak memasak. hehehe. Halia ja yang tak tanam.. Ok dah pon melalut... Stakat ini saja lah noo. Esok mengkala teringat lagiii leh kongsi lagi.. Until then , Selamat mencuba petua ini dulu k.. Bye!

P.s : Kalao makan kat kedai , tak pernah amek lauk daging, sebab org kdai sokmo masak daging keras kong.  kecuali makan bihun sup ja sebab wajib ada daging. lagipon kalo bihun sup depa rebuih lama . so  daging tu jadi lembut la.. dan selalu nya depa guna daging ori. ^_^

KUDA LAUT JANTAN BERANAK ?

Betol ke kuda Laut Jantan beranak ??

Ya betol.. Semasa proses persenyawaan,

kuda laut betina melepas kan 1500 telor 

kedalam kantung kuda Laut lelaki.

Senang paham nampak dak kat depan perut dia tu, hehhe..

Kuda Laut Jantan akan membawa telur itu

selama 9 - 45 hari sehingga telur-telur itu fully develop 

menjadi kuda laut tetapi saiz nya sangat kecil,

macam kat dalam gambar tu la.

Selepas anak-anak kecil tu dilepas kan,

maka kuda laut lelaki pon melepas kan 

tanggungjawab nya untuk menjaga anak-anak kecil itu...

JOSEON WANGJO SILLOK

Assalamualaikum... Anyeong haseyo beautiful people. Hari ni mood menulis sudah mai, Alhamdulillah syukur.... So hari ni saya nak story tentang JOSEON WANGJO SILOK... @  THE ANAL OF JOSEON... merupakan catatan harian dinasti Joseon  yang bermula pada tahun   1392 sehingga 1897   yang menceritakan sejarah 505 tahun dibawah pemerintahan 25 raja yang datang dari satu keturunan  bermula dengan Yi Seong Gye (Taejo of Joseon ) dan berakhir dengan Sunjung of Joseon. The anal of Joseon ini  merupakan catatan sejarah yang terlama  untuk satu2 dinasti dan  cerita di dalam nya adalah sangat lengkap dan padat.

Catatan ini telah di jaga dengan rapi oleh mereka yang di tugas kan . Raja sendiri pon tidak boleh  membaca catatan ini.. Untuk tujuan ini, mereka telah membuat  4 salinan yang di letak kan di tempat yang berasingan.. Chunchugwan office (Seoul) , Chungju Archive , Jeongju Archive dan Sengju Archive. Akan tetapi, peperangan di antara Joseon  dan Jepun menyebab kan keselamatannya tergugat. Pada tahun 1592 , Joseon (Korea) telah di jajah oleh  Jepun dan di bawah arahan Toyotomi Hideyoshi, 3 buah arkib telah pon di bakar dan catatan tersebut jugak musnah di jilat api. Hanya tinggal satu sahaja arkib yang tinggal iaitu Arkib di Jeongju, Namun begitu, arkib tersebut juga berada di dalam bahaya.  Bila - bila masa sahaja arkib ini akan di bakar oleh Jepun, dan sejarah Dinasti Joseon mungkin akan hilang buang selamanya.

Jeonju Archive 

Dalam kebimbangan ini, Ahn Ui dan Sohn Hongrok, 2 orang bangsawan biasa dari pekan kecil  di Jeolla do bergegas ke Arkib Jeongju tersebut. Tujuan mereka hanya lah satu iaitu Menyelamat kan Catatan sejarah Dinasti Joseon tersebut. Mereka berdua ni bukan lah orang muda. Ahn Hui 64 tahun dan Sohn Hongrok 55, Di dalam arkib tersebut terdapat buku-buku catatan  dalam jumlah yang agak banyak. 830 buah catatan harian tersebut  dan 538 buku lain termasuk Sejarah Goryeo. Mereka mengambil keputusan untuk membawa kesemua buku-buku catatan tersebut ke Gunung Naejang .

Ahn Ui dan Sohn Hongrok menjual kesemua harta mereka untuk membeli kuda dan mengupah pekerja untuk mengangkut  kesemua bahan-bahan sejarah tersebut. Tempat persembunyian pertama mereka adalah Yongguram Temple yang terletak di Gunung Naejang. Mereka berdua menjaga catatan tersebut  selama 370 hari. Mereka menjaga nya siang dan malam supaya tidak di gugat oleh Jepun. Mereka mengikuti perkembangan perperangan dan jika  keadaan menjadi semakin terok, mereka akan memindah kan catatan  tersebut ke tempat yang lebih selamat. Ahn Ui dan Sohn Hongrok telah menggadai kan harta dan bertaruh nyawa demi menjaga tinggalan sejarah yang berharga ini. Kerana usaha mereka, Catatan ini masih wujud sehingga sekarang.

Gunung Naejang

The anal of Joseon dynasty ini di tulis dalam bahasa cina. Para penterjemah telah menterjemah kan catatan ini kepada bahasa Korea dan di hidang kan kepada seluruh masyarakat dunia pada tahun 2006 dan boleh  di baca di cari dalam internet. Kini kerajaan Korea dalam usaha  untuk menterjemah catatan ini kedalam bahasa Inggeris pula  dan proses ini menelan 500 juta won.  dan di jangka akan siap sepenuh nya pada tahun 2033. So saya di sini tak sabaq nak baca okay.

tentang Tahun baru Cina .

Mengikut kepercayaan mereka turun temurun ,
Ada sejenis makhluk yang diberi nama Nian .
Nian ini adalah mahkluk yang hodoh yg tinggal
di dalam lautan ataupon di kawasan pergunungan.
So setiap tahun baru makhluk ni akan datang dan kacau orang kampung.
Orang kampung semua ketakutan.
Nian akan menyerang dan makan orang kampung especially budak2.
Jadi orang kampung setiap kali Tahun Baru ja
terus jadi risau dan tutup pintu umah depa semua rapat-rapat..
Tapi depa tetap jugak berusaha keras nak halau
si Nian ni...
akhirnya berjaya jugak sebab si Nian ni takut pada warna
merah dan juga bunyi bising...
So setiap tahun baru semua penduduk kampung
membakaq mercun,memasang tanglung warna merah ,
memakai baju warna merah.
Sejak dari hari tu Nian ni tak muncul lagi.
Amalan ni terus di amal kan sehingga sekarang dan menjadi
adat masyarakat cina setiap tahun
apabila tiba nya Tahun Baru Cina....

Today when i was visiting my blogging friend`s blog and make some donation,

I came accross an advertisement about this

I was so amazed, since i don`t even own any smart phone yet always wanted to wait for the price to drop 

but still not buying any , even the price already drop and reasonable for me to buy.

Saya nak share gambar-gambar jalan keretapi, terowong dan jambatan yang 

telah ditinggal kan di biar kan sepi..

Di suatu kawasan urban yang di ambil dari satu website 

yang telah membuat kan saya sangat teruja.

Jalan keretapi , terowong dan jambatan ini di tinggal kan dan di biar kan sepi atas 

sebab arus dunia yang semakin moden di mana 

jarak perjalanan dari satu tempat ke tempat lain telah menjadi semakin singkat 

dengan ada nya teknologi yang lebih moden 

yang telah di hasil kan sejajar dengan kemajuan dunia.. ewah ayat mcm karangan gitu..

Nampak tak , jambatan yang dulu nya gah berdiri kini telah pon roboh menyembah bumi :)

Bukan itu saja , malah stesen keretapi yang dulu nya sibok dengan 

gelagat manusia yang keluar masuk kini usang dan semakin di telan usia.

(p.s : mesti banyak hantu kat sini , hew hew)

 Jalan keretapi ni jugak turut menjadi tempat pokok-pokok menjalar dan rumput tumbuh meliar.

see ? dah pon jadi macam landskap sebuah taman pulak siap ada pokok bunga lagii :)

~THE MAYAN ~ THE WORLD DIDNT END ON 21 DEC 2012

Today is 22 Dec 2012 and we are still alive and kicking.

The Mayan calender that says the world end on 21 Dec 2012 is not true after all.

I wake up yesterday morning and looking for the sun if it rise from The west .. LOL..

Thats funny tho even i dont really believe but still counter check

But then while surfing through the net, 

I found and article about the new found Mayan Calender ,

7000 years ahead..

So lucky for us it didn`t end yesterday..

How greatful that there is so much time left for us to do what we supposed to do 

and to fix what we supposed to fix.

So who the hell were this Mayan people that making the creep out of us????

Because there were good and bad things about them..

Well for me i think the good thing about them is their technology at that time 

(written language, art, architecture, mathematical and Astronomy)

The bad things about them are ,

They believe in some kind of god like , rain god , water god and something like that 

and sacrified their people to their god.

Even small children age below 8 had been sacrified for their god since that god prefer children more than adult.This is according to National Geographic Finding while they dive in one 

of the sacred well underwater.

Not even this , they also sacrified people to impress other nation when they play a sport or something like that.. They perform ritual a LOT..

And they even had a special place for ritual . What a life.

There are more secret of this Mayan people that we the new Generation should dig and dig.

So that we will not make a chaos out of something that we did not conform.

The Mayan are not to blame for the predicted date .

Its just that us did not find out sooner about the real purpose of the calender that end on 

21 Dec 2012.

But thanxx for the Spanish invasion that had ruin most of the Mayan script.

Even so they manage to sneak out a few book that had been kept in the secret library where no one knows except for the people involve....

All i Could say is that The Mayan People are rich many uncover thing that we us people to find out...

I have been really interested in this Mayan thing since i saw one of the Documentary about them...

Such people did exist...

Impressive huh..well... to learn more,,

utk langkah keselamatan , panda nii duduk kat seat penumpang bersama dgn penjaga nya.

memakai seat belt, pakai pampers dan di bekal kan dgn pucuk buluh ... COMEL gila... 

agak nya panda ni mmg binatang yg baik kan.. 

bayang kan kalau Gorila yg berada di tempat tu...

Mesti dh huru hara satu kapal terbang tu kan... LOL
