WEIGHT LOST TIPS - OLIVE OIL !

Olive oil is full of antioxidants,
which help lower your bad cholesterol levels,
but remember
it’s all about controlling how much of it you use!
Always measure out how much you use
or you can use my trick by purchasing an olive oil spray bottle.
It really makes a little bit go a LONG way.
Simply cutting back on unnecessary calories,
like the ones you get from oil,
will help you avoid running up your calorie count
and you will lose weight quicker!
